Strodival or strepanthin

I have just improved the translation of the Female Patient aged 51 above. Where can I buy Strodival mr?
I live in Malta, and it is not on their Drug Register nor is it on the UK Register.
Why is this?
I have read of Dr Kern's experiences over 21 years with Ouabain. Sounds to me if the Medical Profession does not wish for Ouabain to become widely used, as bypass operaations and more expensive drugs make them richer.
If it prevents death by heart attack then it would seem from the US Figures 500,000 are dying needlessly as that is the number of deaths by heart attacks recorded annually.
